How do I get a Quote?

To get a quote, use our online booking system for instant quote. If the journey time is less than 10 hours please use the time Greater than 10 hours for a Quote.

You will be Shown the different types of options you have with Passenger and Luggage Details.

Note that Drop Off Charge, Pick Up Charge, Parking and Toll Charge is not included in the quote.

 

Do you Charge Surcharge?

We do not Charge any Surcharge except listed below. We have Fixed Price 24 hours.

*Surcharge is Charged for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years eve and New Years Day

Do children or infants count as a regular passenger?

A child or infant  will be considered a regular passenger

What is considered luggage? How many suitcases can I bring? Will my luggage fit the vehicle?

Anything that needs to be stowed away in the trunk of the vehicle will be considered luggage. Carry-ons are bags that you can put on your lap while inside the vehicle. Oversized items (e.g. bikes, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, etc.) will count as 2 pieces of luggage. The maximum amount of luggage allowed is displayed next to the suitcase icon in each product page. Please take that into consideration when selecting your preferred vehicle.

Standard luggage measures a total of 62 linear inches (157.48cm) or 27 x 21 x 14in (68.58 x 53.34 x 35.56cm) and should weigh around 50lbs (22.68kg) based on most airline standards for check-in luggage.

Can I book a Local Taxi

We do not accept any local Booking, as we are dedicated airport transfers company and Long Distance Travel Company

How early should I make a booking for my trip?

It is recommended to make a booking at least 2 days before the date of your trip to secure a high-quality transfer service at the best price. We offer free cancellation for trips cancelled 6 hours prior to the indicated pick up time, so you won’t have to worry if you have sudden changes in your plans. We also can accommodate last minute bookings.

How do I book an airport transfer?

It’s fast and easy! Fill in your information, preferred date and time, click ‘Calculate price’. you will see the options available. Once you’ve found your airport transfer option, click ‘Book Now’ and complete the Booking.

Can I book a Taxi on behalf of someone else?

Yes. Just be sure to provide their details when finalizing your booking details to make a booking on behalf of your family and friends.

Which Time Should I use for a Airport Pickup?

When booking use the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), use any delay in “Waiting After Landing” Section. Your Booking time will not be considered, Your Driver will Enter the car Park after “waiting after landing” delay.

How early after my landing time should I schedule my airport pick up service?

Typically, it is recommended to schedule your pick up 30-60 minutes after your flight landing time if you have check-in luggage, while 20-30 minutes after would be enough if you only have a carry-on. If you’re travelling with an international Passport, it is recommended to schedule your pick up an hour or 1-2 hours after landing to give enough time for getting through customs. It’s also recommended to respond to your assigned driver once you’ve landed to inform them that you’ve arrived so they know to expect you soon.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

Once you have completed the online booking you will receive a on-screen confirmation. Make note of the “Booking Ref” for future communication. Check the Junk/Spam folder as sometimes the email is diverted to the Junk/Spam folder.

If you did not receive a confirmation Email, it means we need to check the details and send you the confirmation email Manually. Please recheck the email in 2 Hours.

How do I get a receipt for my booking?

Customers are issued a invoice for all bookings. To view this receipt, open the attachment in the confirmation email. Alternatively Driver can give you a Paper Receipt.

Changes / Cancellations
Can I amend my airport transfer booking?

Make changes to a booking by replying to the email confirmation with the required details.  whether your reservation complies with the cancellation policy, and if the service provider you selected is able to accommodate your request.

If your booking has passed the cancellation cut-off time of 6 Hours  chat with on WhatsApp or Call Us.

  • Full name (the same name used for the booking)
  • Booking number/Booking Reference ID (it looks like this: ABC123456)
  • Details to be amended
My flight is delayed, can I change the pick up time for my booking?

Don’t worry, we will closely monitor your flight status, so as long as the flight number you provided has not changed, your driver will be there to pick you up.

Will I be Charged for my Cancelled Flight

For Cancellation update us as soon as Possible for a free Change of Date or Cancellation.


There will be a Full Charge if the Driver is On Route to the Pick up.

Will I be Charged for a No Show?

For “No show” You are Liable to Pay Full Fare including any Parking Charge, waiting Charge and Toll Charge.

Can I cancel my airport transfer booking?

Cancellations may be done by replying to the Confirmation email. You will need to provide us with the below details:

  • Full name (the same name used for the booking)
  • Booking number/Booking Reference ID (it looks like this: ABC123456)

Note that cancellations made after the free cancellation period may not be fully refunded.

How long will it take to Refund a Prepaid Booking?
It normally takes 14 days for the refund to show in your Bank Statement

Do you Track Flights

We Track the Flight for all Airport Pick Up Bookings for Early Arrival, Delays and Cancellation.

Note that we do not track the outbound Flights.


**For Cancellation update us as soon as Possible for free Change of Date or Cancellation.
**There will be a Full Charge if the Driver is On Route to the Pick up.

How can I contact the Driver?

Driver will Text or Call you After your Flight Lands. If there is a Delay added after landing, Please Update the Driver about the Status of Border checks and Luggage Collection.
If you do not contact the Driver 60 mins after any added “delay after landing” in your booking. Your Booking will be cancelled and you will be liable to Pay Full Fare including any Parking and waiting Charges.

I am ready Before the "Waiting After Landing" Time Delay

If you are ready before the added “Waiting After Landing” time,  update the Driver.
In most Cases Drivers are waiting 10 minutes way From the Airport.
We cannot Guarantee the Driver will be ready before the added “Waiting After Landing” delay.

Waiting Terms
Do I get Free Waiting Time for every Booking

*For Non Airport Pickup you get 5 minutes free waiting.

*For Airport Pickup you get 30 minutes free waiting after Actual Flight Landing Time.

 

After free waiting you will be charged with the standard waiting Rates. For airport Pickup you will be liable to pay excess parking charge after the minimum Parking Charge displayed at the time of booking and the Invoice has exceeded.

What does 'Free Waiting Time' mean?

Free Waiting Time is the amount of time that the driver will wait for you after your selected pick up time – in case you’re delayed during immigration, baggage claim, or customs – for no additional fees.

What are the Standard Waiting Rates

For Airport Pickup Waiting charge after free 30 minutes waiting runs out.
Saloon, Estate, MPV – £5 every 15 minutes.
Minibus – £8 every 15 minutes

 

For Non Airport Pickup Waiting charge after free 5 minutes waiting runs out.
Saloon, Estate, MPV – £5 every 15 minutes.
